Custom Boxes

​​This bread box was created for a woman whose dog had a liking for bread. It is made of maple, alder, and aspen with a walnut handle. The box includes a tambour door, similar to those used on rolltop desks, and fits a standard loaf of bread. Thanks to the hardy construction, the dog never found a way in to his favorite snack.

Update: Copper, the breadloving dog, has crossed the rainbow bridge, but this bread box continues to protect loaves of bread from the latest hopeful canines.
