Hardwood Intarsia Palette
Roy created this sculpture in 2006 for the Palettes of Vermont, a statewide community arts project. 37,000 Vermont citizens took part in the project, and the palettes were exhibited all over the state. Our palette was exhibited at the Bennington Chamber of Commerce during the summer of 2006. The palette itself is made of maple. The intarsia is intertwined pieces of walnut, maple and zebrawood.
